Responsibilities:

Job Summary:
The General Equipment Maintainer will perform repairs, preventive and corrective maintenance on production machinery, plant blow mold equipment and facility. They are also responsible for following our company's Good Manufacturing Practices.

Essential Duties &amp; Responsibilities:
* 
Ensure compliance with corporate and plant safety standards and with applicable laws and regulations issued by regulatory agencies
* 
Install, adjust and repair blow mold, trimmers, palletizer and other related equipment
* 
Perform mold, neck tooling changes, pin and other equipment changes
* 
Inspect and replace pneumatic and hydraulic hoses
* 
Inspect, rebuild and replace valves and pumps
* 
Perform preventive maintenance on all related equipment
* 
Maintain machines in optimal processing condition
* 
Weld, fabricate, and repair various machines
* 
Troubleshoot, locate root problems and repair blow mold, baggers &amp; support equipment
* 
May operate blow mold or injection machines
* 
Communicate with other departments on a frequent basis
* 
Other duties as assigned by management

• Comply with OSHA and company safety and hygiene standards
• Sets performance goals for 3 departments
• Targets opportunities and establishes stretch goals to drive results
• Coaches and develops personnel in production, quality and maintenance areas
• Review daily assignments to ensure customer requirements are met
• Review maintenance assignment requirements and coordinate priorities
• Schedule production requirements
• Ensure personnel meet production schedules
• Ensure employees adhere and meet quality standards
• Perform written quarterly employee performance feedback
• Perform written annual employee performance reviews
• Schedule training &amp; ensure documentation of required training activities
• Maintain accurate and up to date production documentation
• Maintain accurate personnel data: attendance, counseling, performance &amp; other
• Interview employment candidates
• Review customer orders and ensures products are shipped out
• Provide Leadership to direct reports in accordance with company core values
Qualifications:

The Blow Mold Machine Operator will operate blow-mold, grinders, trimmer machines and conveyor systems. They will also be responsible to troubleshoot process problems and perform minor maintenance to ensure continued operation of production line. In addition to that, they are responsible for following our company's Good Manufacturing Practices.

Operate blow-mold machines (including wheels, reciprocating or shuttle machines) to ensure production of quality bottles and perform audits, weights and quality checks.

Make adjustments to meet product specifications.
* 
Repair or replace pneumatic and hydraulic lines.
* 
Assist with preventive maintenance, mold, neck and blow pin and other mechanical changes.

Grind excess bottle and material.

Troubleshoot and resolve process problems.

Prepare maintenance request forms and document equipment repairs.

Train blow-mold employees.

Prepare &amp; document daily production reports, including rejects, regrinds, line efficiencies and other.

The Production Line Technician is responsible for proper packaging of materials and finished products. They are also responsible for loading and moving material and operating packaging equipment. The Production Line Technician is also responsible for following our company's Good Manufacturing Practices.

Essential Duties &amp; Responsibilities

Ensure compliance with corporate safety standards and applicable laws and regulations issued by regulatory agencies.

Provide leadership and direction to machine operators and production workers.
* 
Set-up and adjust equipment to produce quality bottles of various types, sizes and configurations. 
* 
Operate blow-mold machines (including wheels, reciprocating or shuttle machines) to ensure production of quality bottles and perform audits, weights and quality checks.
* 
Troubleshoot and locate root problems and repair blow mold, baggers and support equipment. 
* 
Perform mold, neck tooling, pin and other equipment changes.
* 
Perform hydraulic and pneumatic checks and replaces valves, hoses and pumps.
* 
Complete and maintain repair checklists and complete reports as required.
* 
Lubricate and perform any preventive maintenance to all equipment and keep necessary records.
* 
Provide break relief as directed by supervisor.
* 
Other duties as assigned by management.

Responsibilities:




• Repair, inspect, maintain, and diagnose various types of machinery in an effective way so as to eliminate repetitive repairs and to ensure the equipment's ability to produce quality bottles in a safe manner at the proper production speed.
• Accomplish preventive maintenance every month to ensure the upkeep and functioning of production lines.
• Provide important mechanical and electrical maintenance services to an industry leading company!
• Assist in neck tooling changes and mold changes.


Personal Attributes
• Be honest in all you do and make the best repairs possible to allow machines to optimally perform and ensure the safety of other employees.
• Persevere to make sure every repair you perform is in line with the standard of excellence set at CCC.

Safety
• Comply with OSHA standards as well as company policies and procedures as they related to safety and hygiene standards.
• Always perform the lock out/tag out procedure whenever shutting down and restarting machinery.
Qualifications:

Requirements
• One to two years experience in maintenance in an industrial setting.
• Familiarity with blow molding.
• High school diploma or the equivalent.
• Willingness to work long hours.
• Ability to work under limited supervision

Preferred Skills/Attributes
• Previous work in the military or manufacturing business preferred.
• Trade school, technical school training, or AS degree is preferred.
• Blow molding maintenance experience with machinery such as Uniloys, Bekums, or Wheels.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts in a production environment. The noise level in the work environment is usually loud. Temperatures inside the plant can fluctuate between hot and cold according to seasonal changes. Personal protective equipment (PPE) is required in the production department and other designated areas.
