They are also responsible for following our company's Good Manufacturing Practices.\n\nEssential Duties & Responsibilities:\n* \nEnsure compliance with corporate and plant safety standards and with applicable laws and regulations issued by regulatory agencies\n* \nOperate blow-mold machines (including wheels, reciprocating or shuttle machines) to ensure production of quality bottles and perform audits, weights and quality checks\n* \nAdhere to quality control and to blow mold process procedure\n* \nTroubleshoot and perform minor repair on blow-mold and support equipment\n* \nMake adjustments to meet product specifications\n* \nRepair or replace pneumatic and hydraulic lines\n* \nAssist with preventive maintenance, mold, neck and blow pin and other mechanical changes\n* \nGrind excess bottle and material\n* \nTroubleshoot and resolve process problems\n* \nPrepare maintenance request forms and document equipment repairs\n* \nTrain blow-mold employees\n* \nPrepare & document daily production reports, including rejects, regrinds, line efficiencies and other\n* \nOther duties as assigned by management\nQualifications:\n\nQUALIFICATIONS:\nThe requirements listed below are minimum requirements for the job.
