We are currently seeking a Director of Risk Management for our Corporate Office located in Atlanta, Georgia. TheDirector of Risk Management reports directly to the Senior Vice President of Human Resources.

Responsibilities:
• Manage and Lead the Risk Management process for company
• Manage the process of identifying and assessing the risks of affecting the business.
• Manage all claims for general liability, auto liability, and worker's compensation through TPA and perform claim reviews with TPA.
• Prepare company renewal information and work closely with broker on all insurance renewals
• Review insurance sections of contracts
• Facilitate WC training in plants, develop procedures and tools to support worker's compensation
• Develop strong relationships with Plant Managers, HR managers and Area Supervisors
• Work closely with Safety, Legal, Operations, and Human Resources
• Provide financial and claims analysis to Senior Leadership Team
• Provide monthly claim reports to Plants Manager, HR managers
Qualifications:
Requirements
• A four year degree.
• 5-10 years experience in Risk Management
• Be able to learn quickly and understand the industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and oral.
• Ability to work independently with little supervision and direction.
• Must be self motivated.
Preferred Skills/Attributes:

An understanding of the manufacturing industry's key business functions (operations, engineering, sales, finance and human resources) and markets.
*
A detailed knowledge of general risk management tools and techniques.
